Understanding the two price columns: the price per dose is what you pay at each individual appointment. The full course total is what the complete vaccination schedule costs if you need every dose — you pay for each dose as you have it, not all upfront. All vaccines require a consultation, and prices may vary depending on availability.

Gentle microsuction ear wax removal, carried out by our trained team. Learn more on our ear wax removal page.

Ear wax removal price list
What you bookWhat’s includedPrice
Ear check onlyExamination of both ears. Choose this if you just want your ears checked — or if it turns out no wax removal is needed, this is all you pay.£15
Microsuction — one earIncludes the ear check. Examination plus wax removal from one ear. You do not pay the £15 on top.£45
Microsuction — both earsIncludes the ear check. Examination plus wax removal from both ears. You do not pay the £15 on top.£60
These prices are not added together. The microsuction prices already include the ear check — so if you come in and have both ears treated, the total is £60, not £75. The £15 charge applies on its own only when no wax removal is carried out.

A pharmacist-administered vitamin B12 injection service, following a suitability assessment.

Vitamin B12 injection service
ServiceWhat’s includedPrice
Vitamin B12 injectionSuitability assessment, the injection administered by our trained team, and aftercare advice.£29.99
Suitability is assessed at your appointment. This service is not a substitute for NHS treatment if you have a diagnosed B12 deficiency — if you do, please continue with the injections arranged by your GP.

Common questions

Who might benefit? People with low B12 levels or symptoms such as tiredness, low energy, pins and needles or poor concentration; those following vegan or strict vegetarian diets; people who have had weight loss surgery or have absorption problems; and some people taking long-term medicines that affect B12 absorption. Our pharmacist will discuss whether it’s appropriate for you.
How often would I have it? This depends on the reason for having it and your response. Maintenance injections are commonly given every few months, and our pharmacist will advise on a schedule at your appointment. If you have symptoms that might indicate an undiagnosed deficiency, we will recommend you see your GP for blood tests first rather than starting injections here.
What are the possible side effects? Most people have no problems. The most common effects are mild and temporary: soreness, redness or slight swelling where the injection was given. Less commonly, people report mild nausea, headache, dizziness or itching. Allergic reactions are rare but possible — we will ask about allergies beforehand and you will be observed briefly afterwards. Seek urgent medical help if you develop a rash, swelling of the face or throat, or difficulty breathing.
Is it right for everyone? No. It isn’t suitable if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, and we will ask about your medical history, medicines and pregnancy or breastfeeding before proceeding. If we don’t think the service is right for you, we will say so and explain why.

Our weight management service combines clinically proven treatment options with ongoing support from our pharmacist. All treatments require a consultation and eligibility assessment — find out more on our weight loss service page.

Weight management

Consultation-based
A range of weight management treatments is available where clinically appropriate. Because some options are prescription-only medicines, UK regulations mean we can’t advertise or price them publicly — our pharmacist will discuss all suitable options, and their costs, openly during your confidential consultation. Call 01364 652222 or ask in store to arrange one.
